‘Meet the Buyer’, presented by Buy West Eat Best, is WA’s only dedicated exhibition style trade show for West Australian food and beverage producers.

All trade from across retail, food service, hospitality, tourism and education are encouraged to attend. Exhibitors will be showcasing food and beverage products that are either grown, farmed, fished, processed, prepared and/or transformed right here in Western Australia.

‘Meet the Buyer’ 2025 will take place on Tuesday 21 October, at Crown Perth.

Yes, you will receive a lanyard upon registration on the day.

No, ‘Meet the Buyer’ is an interactive trade show that facilitates conversations between all that attend. Unfortunately, if you’re not in the room, you’re not part of the conversations.

Crown Perth has paid guest lockers available within the precinct (near the undercroft carpark).

There are no cloak room facilities at the event. It is best to keep all personal items that can’t be stored in the available lockers with you at all times. ‘Meet the Buyer’ accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items.

Wear smart casual or comfortable business attire.

Free and paid parking is available on site – please refer to the map.

There will be security on duty throughout the event. While every reasonable precaution is taken, the organisers accept no responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur to persons or property at the exhibition from any cause whatsoever.

WIFI internet access will be available at the venue.

Exhibitors will be allocated exhibition spaces in alphabetical order, from A-Z.

The exhibition floor and Crown Perth venue are both wheelchair accessible.

No, once you have registered online, you only need to give our friendly registration team your name and company on arrival at ‘Meet the Buyer’.

Registrations for ‘Meet the Buyer’ 2025 are now open. Click here to register to attend the event.

Fabric pinboard back wall, fascia board signage of company name, 1x trestle table with black linen, 2x conference chairs, 1x rubbish bin. The walls are made of front runner fabric, so you can hook velcro to attach posters. On your table, you will have 1x Buyers Guide and 2x lanyards. You will also receive access to the Networking Sundowner.

Yes, exhibitor registrations are only open to WA food and beverage providers.

No.

During the online registration process you would have received confirmation of the booking and a receipt from the event organisers, Atelier – House of Events.

Bump in is from 7.30am to 9.45am and all stands must be completed and ready for guest arrival by 10am. Bump out is from 3.30pm to 6.30pm. Please note, venue access is not available the day before.

Exhibitors will not be permitted to set up their exhibition stands after 10am and all stands must remain staffed and in place until the conclusion of the event at 3.30pm.  There is no access to the venue after 6.30pm so please ensure you have packed up everything well before then.

Please see the map for directions to the loading dock where Crown Perth porters will receive goods and transport direct to your exhibitor stand inside the venue. Please note this service is only provided prior to the event. The event organisers, Atelier – House of Events, will assist where possible with the bump out of product and equipment post event.

Atelier – House of Events can assist with audiovisual. Please contact Joel Knott at Atelier – House of Events by Tuesday 7 October to discuss your options further. Email:joel@atelierhouseofevents.com Please note that no audiovisual assistance will be provided on the day.

Cooking and sampling are permitted; however, this must be approved by Crown Perth. Please complete the CS209F4 Classification for Proposed Services – Events & Conferences Form and submit with your product showcase form online at the ‘Meet the Buyer’ website by Wednesday 3 September 2025. Please note: You will not be able to cook or provide samples if you have not completed this form.

Yes. Shared refrigeration will be available for exhibitors in a communal area close to the exhibition floor, but a distance from the ‘Meet the Buyer’ exhibition area. Should you wish to have refrigeration at your stand, you can hire a small bar fridge direct from event supplier Perth Expo Hire for $165 + GST. Exhibitors will be allocated spaces in alphabetical order, from A-Z. Your exhibition number and location will be advised one week out from the event and cannot be changed. A digital Buyers Guide will be emailed to all exhibitors and delegates 24 hours prior to the event and a hard copy version will be at your stand.

This trade show is an industry-only event designed for showcasing products and facilitating future B2B transactions. While you won’t be able to sell or buy products to take home on the day, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and discuss potential partnerships and future sales or purchases.

Tea, coffee and light refreshments will be provided throughout the event, as well as beverages and canapes at the networking Sundowner after the show.

A digital Buyers Guide with all delegates and exhibitors will be emailed to attendees 24 hours prior to the event.

Yes, additional exhibitor tickets for staff can be bought for $49.00 + $3.25 booking fee. Please contact joel@atelierhouseofevents.com.

No, please provide a copy of your public liability certificate of currency during the completion of your product showcase form online at the ‘Meet the Buyer’ website by Wednesday 3 September 2025.

Crown Perth will dispose of waste at the end of the event.

‘Meet the Buyer’ has engaged a surplus food provider to divert any leftover produce or products from landfill and help people experiencing food insecurity in communities across Perth. Please leave donated food on the main stage for the surplus food provider to collect at the conclusion of the event.

You can buy tickets here for $49.00 + $3.25 booking fee.

The price includes admission to ‘Meet the Buyer’ trade show exhibition, all-day grazing, with tea and coffee, a take-home Buyers Guide and admission to the Networking Sundowner, including light canapes and first drink.

This trade show is an industry-only event designed for showcasing products and facilitating future B2B transactions. While you won’t be able to buy products to take home on the day, you’ll have the opportunity to explore and discuss potential partnerships and future purchases.

A digital Buyers Guide listing all delegates and exhibitors will be emailed to attendees 24 hours before the event.

Yes, you’re welcome to invite colleagues and can buy tickets here.

Yes, please ensure you have your accreditation on hand to show door staff upon re-entry.

Schools interested in attending are asked to email feedback@buywesteatbest.wa.gov.au regarding a discount for students. No discounts are offered for government and non-profit organisations.
